Abstract

This article explores the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) and biometric monitoring systems in managing the functional fitness of highly skilled female futsal athletes. The authors developed a neural network model based on correlations between body composition, aerobic performance (VO2max), and speed.
The model allows for predicting the functional status of female athletes and individualizing training loads.
